Abstract

Muhammad bin Hasan bin Waleed is one of the most influential scientific figures in the history of validating Shia hadiths. His exceptional approach in how to interact with Shia hadiths, which is reflected in the entries of narrators such as: Muhammad bin Sinan, Muhammad bin Ali Abu Samina, Muhammad bin Urmah and Muhammad bin Ahmad bin Yahya, has been discussed by scholars. The most important part of this conversation is his view when talking about the personality of Muhammad bin Ahmad bin Yahya. The most important part of his speech in the entry of Muhammad ibn Ahmad ibn Yahya is the interpretation: "with a fragmented isnad" or "with a fragmented isnad, it is separate from" sometimes excluding the hadiths of Muhammad ibn Isa ibn Obaid. This research, while rereading the history from different perspectives, has reached two important results in the conceptual analysis of the phrase ``foregoing''; First: "Uninterrupted isnad" means uninterruptible and unique hadith. Another thing is that Ibn Waleed did not accept the responsibility of reciting the hadiths of Muhammad bin Isa bin Ubayd from Yunus bin Abd al-Rahman due to the fact that both of them were Baghdadi and were not supported by the famous data available in the hadith area of Kufa - as the main center of Shiite cultural exchange.
