Abstract
Death thoughts and consequently death phobia, from the perspective of non-theistic psychologists, have negative consequences such as nihilism, anxiety, depression, despair, etc. On the other hand, from the perspective of theists, they cause positive consequences: purposefulness of life, liberation from nihilism, punishment, etc., which plays a very effective role in rationalizing and correcting the individual's insight and action. This research, by adopting a descriptive-analytical approach, examines the concept of death, the effect of death thoughts and its direct relationship with death phobia in the insight, behavioral dimensions, and its impact on individual and social lifestyles from the perspective of the Quran and Hadith, and has been analyzed using a library method through reviewing and explaining sources, analyzing them. The results showed that the Quran and Hadith, in various ways, correct the human attitude towards death by moving towards meeting Allah and removing the veils of thought, which not only reduces the fear of death, but also makes him more prepared and eager to welcome death, and in the action and behavioral dimension, leaves positive effects and consequences in changing his worldly lifestyle
